Air Fryer Crispy Tofu Bites are golden, crunchy, and packed with flavor—all without deep frying! Made with simple ingredients, they’re easy, delicious, and perfect for snacking, meal prep, or adding to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer, cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or as a topping for salads and bowls.
