- 4 8-inch flour tortillas – soft and flexible
- 8 slices Black Forest chicken ham – smoky and lean
- 4 slices Swiss cheese – mild and melt-friendly
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise – keeps everything creamy
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard – tangy punch
- 1 tablespoon melted butter – for golden crisp wraps
Optional Add-ins (customize to taste):
- A handful of baby spinach or arugula
- Thinly sliced tomatoes or pickles
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Warm the tortillas: Microwave tortillas between damp paper towels for 20–30 seconds to make them soft and easy to roll.
Spread the base: Spread ½ tbsp mayo and 1 tsp Dijon mustard on each tortilla.
Layer the fillings: Add 2 slices of chicken ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Include optional ingredients if desired.
Roll them up: Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to keep fillings secure.
Brush with butter: Place seam-side down in the air fryer and brush tops with melted butter.
Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
