Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are crispy, cheesy, and packed with spicy chicken and creamy ranch. A lighter, air-fried twist perfect for game days, parties, or snacks.
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper
- 8-10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- Extra hot sauce
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, ranch dressing (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface like a diamond. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top. Seal the edges with the cornstarch-water mixture. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
Air Fry the Egg Rolls: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with oil or use air fryer-safe parchment. Place egg rolls in a single layer, leaving space between them. Spray the tops lightly with oil. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve: Let the egg rolls cool slightly before serving. Dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing and drizzle with extra hot sauce if desired.
