Air Fryer Bacon And Egg Toast
With a runny yolk and crispy bacon, it’s a perfect breakfast or snack, and your kitchen will be filled with its amazing aroma!
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1-2 slices bacon
- 1 slice cheese your choice of cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp honey mayonnaise sauce (mix 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried herb optional
Drizzle yellow mustard and honey mayonnaise sauce onto one slice of toasted sandwich bread.
Use a cup to press an “O” shape into the middle of the second slice of bread. Place this slice on top of the first.
Lay the bacon slices and cheese slice around the hole, then crack the egg into the center of the bread.
Place the sandwich in a preheated air fryer at 180°C (356°F) and cook for about 16 minutes, or until the egg reaches your preferred doneness.
Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy while hot!
