Air Fryer Bacon And Egg Toast

With a runny yolk and crispy bacon, it’s a perfect breakfast or snack, and your kitchen will be filled with its amazing aroma!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1-2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice cheese your choice of cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey mayonnaise sauce (mix 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried herb optional

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle yellow mustard and honey mayonnaise sauce onto one slice of toasted sandwich bread.
  • Use a cup to press an “O” shape into the middle of the second slice of bread. Place this slice on top of the first.
  • Lay the bacon slices and cheese slice around the hole, then crack the egg into the center of the bread.
  • Place the sandwich in a preheated air fryer at 180°C (356°F) and cook for about 16 minutes, or until the egg reaches your preferred doneness.
  • Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy while hot!
