Air Fried Apple Wedges With Caramel Whipped Cream Dipping Sauce
Sweet, crispy apple wedges coated in cinnamon sugar and air fried to golden perfection, served with a creamy caramel whipped dip. A quick, cozy dessert that’s easy to love and even easier to make.
For the Apple Wedges
- 3 large apples Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, sliced into wedges
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Caramel Whipped Cream Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra caramel sauce for drizzling optional
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Toss apple wedges with melted butter in a large bowl until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the apples and toss again for full coverage.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking once halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
Meanwhile, whip heavy cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form, then fold in caramel sauce and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve warm apple wedges with the caramel whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top if desired.
