7Up Cherry Dump Cake
A simple baked dessert made with cherry pie filling, cake mix, and lemon lime soda, creating a bubbly, golden, fruit filled treat with minimal effort.
- 2 cans cherry pie filling 21 ounce each
- 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 ounce
- 2 cups 7 Up lemon lime soda
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
Spread about 1½ cans cherry pie filling evenly in the dish, reserve the rest
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the cherry layer
Pour 2 cups 7 Up over the cake mix, gently moisten without fully mixing
Dollop remaining cherry filling on top
Bake for about 60 minutes until golden, cover with foil if browning too fast
Cool completely for at least 2 hours before serving
