Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
