5-Ingredient Crack Chicken
A creamy, cheesy, smoky slow-cooker chicken dish made with only 5 ingredients perfect for busy weeknights when you want big flavor without the fuss.
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup chicken broth
Put chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and broth.
Cook on low 6–8 hrs or high 3–4 hrs, until chicken is tender (165°F).
Shred chicken with two forks, return to cooker, and mix well.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Add crumbled bacon and mix gently.
Serve warm on buns, in wraps, or as a dip.
