5-Ingredient Crack Chicken

A creamy, cheesy, smoky slow-cooker chicken dish made with only 5 ingredients perfect for busy weeknights when you want big flavor without the fuss.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Put chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and broth.
  • Cook on low 6–8 hrs or high 3–4 hrs, until chicken is tender (165°F).
  • Shred chicken with two forks, return to cooker, and mix well.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Add crumbled bacon and mix gently.
  • Serve warm on buns, in wraps, or as a dip.
