Flaky, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with savory deli ham and gooey cheddar, brushed with garlic herb butter and baked to golden perfection. These Ham & Cheddar Crescent Roll-Ups are a 20-minute comfort food win you’ll want to make again and again.
For the Roll-Ups:
- 1 tube crescent roll dough 8-count
- 16 slices deli ham thinly sliced
- 8 slices cheddar cheese regular or sharp
For the Garlic Herb Butter Topping:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Prep the Dough: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles on a clean surface.
Layer the Filling: Place 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheddar on each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll It Up: Roll each triangle from the wide end, enclosing the filling. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Make the Butter Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl.
Brush and Bake: Brush each roll-up with the butter mixture and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and flaky.
Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to avoid hot cheese burns and help the texture set.
