4th of July Swirl Pie Recipe (No-Bake)
A creamy no-bake cheesecake pie with a graham cracker crust and red-and-blue swirled jam on top—perfect for a festive, fuss-free 4th of July dessert.
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar optional, for extra sweetness
For the Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream cold
For the Swirl:
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam or strawberry
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
- Optional: red and blue food coloring for more vivid swirls
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 20 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice; beat again until light. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread filling over crust. Warm jams for 10 seconds, drop spoonfuls on top, and swirl with a toothpick. Add food coloring if desired.
Refrigerate pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Top with fresh berries. Slice and serve chilled.
