3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls

These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are no-bake, rich, and ridiculously easy to make. With crushed Oreos, creamy peanut butter, and a silky chocolate shell, they’re perfect for any occasion or a quick sweet fix.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve ¼ cup of crumbs for garnish.
  • Combine the remaining Oreo crumbs with peanut butter in a bowl, mixing until a thick dough forms. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if needed to firm up.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.
  • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Return to the sheet and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
  • Allow the balls to set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
