3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls
These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are no-bake, rich, and ridiculously easy to make. With crushed Oreos, creamy peanut butter, and a silky chocolate shell, they’re perfect for any occasion or a quick sweet fix.
- 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve ¼ cup of crumbs for garnish.
Combine the remaining Oreo crumbs with peanut butter in a bowl, mixing until a thick dough forms. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if needed to firm up.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Heat chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Return to the sheet and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
Allow the balls to set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
