2-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles
These Chocolate Truffles are rich, fudgy, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for a quick treat or a thoughtful gift!
- 240 g condensed milk
- 100 g pure cocoa powder
Pour condensed milk into a pot and start cooking over medium heat.
Once the milk starts bubbling lightly, remove it from the heat to avoid burning.
Pour the hot condensed milk into a bowl and sift in pure cocoa powder.
Sift the cocoa powder three times, mixing it well after each addition until the mixture is thick and smooth.
Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
Once chilled, cut the mixture into even pieces (about 15g each) and shape them into truffles.
Coat with extra cocoa powder (optional). Serve and enjoy!
